REASONS PEOPLE FAIL IN NETWORK MARKETING | PART 7

Another Possible Reason for Failure in Network Marketing is that You May be with the Wrong Company

One thing is certain. There are countless network marketing companies. A thought that often strikes me when a nay-sayer says that people just aren’t interested in network marketing is simply this:

If no one is interested then how do you explain the fact that thousands upon thousands of people enroll in countless network marketing companies each year?

LEAP AT FIRST SIGHT

Too often people join the first one they have been introduced to. But a person interested in pursuing a network marketing opportunity should take the time to research the many options, pros and cons, compensation plans, product type(s) and see what peaks his or her needs and interests. 

I fell into the trap of joining companies that were introduced to me without doing any research. One company was a total non-fit for me. 

Another company got in trouble with the government and had to close operations after I had been in only a month. Then, believe it or not, it happened again with another company.

So, I did some soul searching and asked myself where my passions lie. 

FOLLOW YOUR PASSION

I realized that I have a passion for health and wellness because of my own experience. 

You see, I’m in my 60s. Yet today I am healthier than when I was in my early 30s. From my 30s until my mid-50s I had a number of health issues. 

Over the years I have dealt with more health issues than I ever thought I would. Diverticulitis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, weight issues, prostate concerns, and thyroid imbalances to name a few. 

As a pastor for more than 25 years I have seen countless avoidable illnesses among my congregants. We, as people, tend to get sick BUT often these sicknesses are self-imposed and avoidable if we only make better dietary and lifestyle decisions.

As a young man in full-time ministry and pursuing a PhD., I found myself constantly on the go and eating very poorly. Fast-food consumption was the norm for me, sometimes 3 meals a day. Needless to say, this habit, unbeknownst to me; was wreaking havoc on my heart, colon, blood, and basically everything else in my body. 

One day I literally passed out on the campus as I was taking a research paper to a professor. This was the beginning of my wake-up call. 

Upon visiting the doctor, I learned that there was a list of things that needed my immediate attention. That young doctor looked at me and said, 

“Tony, you are a heart attack or a stroke looking for a place to happen!”

I was only 33! 

A few days later a student I knew was playing with his 2-year-old daughter at their home. As he was playing with her he suddenly stopped, grabbed at his chest, and died in a matter of seconds. He was in his 20s. He, too, was a fast-food junkie.

After reading all of the side-effects of the drugs my doctor wanted me to take, I began doing research on health and wellness products. I wanted a more natural and safer solution. 

After studying countless articles and investigating countless products and companies; I found a line of products from an amazing company. I started using their products and saw almost immediate positive changes. I am now heart healthy and all my other issues have been handled.

- I also radically changed my diet:

- Fast food is a thing of the past except for very rare occasions.

- I began to drink much more water and far fewer sugary beverages.

- I ate meals until I was no longer hungry, not until I was stuffed. 

- No more processed foods.

- Less red meat.

- No fried foods.

Exercise? Yes, but only a brisk 20-minute walk around the block or a basic 30-minute routine on my Total Gym.
