My Network Marketing Core Values | Why my Company is So Different
I am a very proud network marketer. I understand there are many nay-sayers who are always ready to attack the industry at every opportunity, but I simply (and respectfully) disagree with them. It is an amazing industry that provides an avenue for ANYONE who is willing to treat the business as just that, a business.
There are 2 major players in the business training space that are/were staunch supporters of starting and building a network marketing business: The late Jim Rohn and Rich Dad, Poor Dad author Robert Kyosaki.
Jim Rohn actually became a millionaire by the age of 30 in his network marketing business. That success ultimately launched his public speaking career that expanded over 3 decades.
Robert Kyosaki did not personally have a network marketing business but his opinion is that it is the best opportunity for most people who want to break away from the employee quadrant and take control of their own finances and destinies.
As a network marketer I hold some core values that drive everything I do in this industry. The company I represent holds the same values which is why I decided to be affiliated with them.
Core Value #1 | Treating People with Care and Respect
When I present my products or business opportunity to people it is done so with respect and integrity. There are no high-pressure sales tactics. It goes back to the Golden Rule of treating people the way you yourself would want to be treated.
If they are open to hearing about the products or the opportunity, I simply provide information and answer any questions they may have.
My company has been doing business for over thirty years and they care for their customers the way they deserve and desire to be treated. The leadership is made up of people dedicated to building something totally different from other network marketing companies. It shows in how they treat their customers and their representatives.
Core Value #2 | Relating Only to Warm, Sincere, and Supportive People
Experts say that we are the products of our environment. So, if we are around negative and naysaying people then there is a likelihood that we may ourselves become negative.
My company is full of warm, friendly, positive, and supportive people who are passionate about helping others unlock their own wellness and business success. It’s one of the primary reasons I want to be affiliated with the company.
The company itself is very proud of that reality, but it’s hard to actually know the single reason the company attracts such people. I think it’s a combination of the incredible wellness products and the determination to treat people with respect and dignity. It may also be the company’s simple, risk-free system.
Core Value #3 | Truly Helping those in Need
There is no better feeling than actually helping someone who can’t help themselves. My company is open to everyone, but not everyone can take part.
For example, there are many communities for whom securing basic needs like clean water and primary education are difficult. For those communities my company has created a foundation that helps underserved communities help themselves, thereby laying the groundwork for a sustainable future.
My company pays for all the foundation’s basic operating costs so that as much of the donations as possible make it to those in need.
Core Value #4 | The Purest and Most Natural Products
When I was looking for health and wellness products for myself I only wanted the purest my money could buy. There are some places in my life I may cut corners, but my health isn’t one of them. I wanted affordable yet natural products that I knew would help me sustain optimal health. I want to offer my customers nothing less than I would consume myself.
My company borrows inspiration and ingredients from nature, making sustainable choices helps to keep things even. The company uses only 100%-post-consumer recycled materials for every product it packages, never testing on animals, and implementing eco-friendly programs in its facilities. I couldn’t be prouder of that aspect!
Core Value #5 | A Mission I Can Believe In
If I’m going to be a part of a health and wellness network marketing company, then the company needs to be far less concerned about profits and much more concerned about impacting as much of the world as possible with their nutritional products. That is exactly what my company is about!
The company’s mission is to be a global leader in holistic wellness. There’s lots of work left to do, but the company leadership and representatives are excited to keep growing our product lines and resources to help people unlock the wellness within. And though the company has been in business for over 30 years, it feels like everything is just getting started.
